We've been there week after week, month after month and he never forgets our name and keeps us coming back to look and spend more and more. After you buy something, you know how it is, you always must upgrade. Well if there is ever a mechanical question you need answered, Nathan McGuire is your guy. He's knows more about the products, how to install them and helpful tips that make him an invaluable resource. If he doesn't know the answer, trust me, he finds it. We have relied on him so many times and of course, it just always seems to drive us to more and more upgrades. Kudos for him for up-selling products for the company, but even more for us because he has been right. We have loved every modification we've purchased and they have done exactly what he said they would do! Faster, I want to go faster! Ha Ha
Last, but not least, then there is Justin Huff in Finance. Being on the more difficult side to finance we weren't sure that there was ever going to be a time we could purchase the "toys" we really wanted. Talk about making magic happen, he did it! We have now purchased a Kawasaki Prairie, a Suzuki 650R and my newest toy, a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja. HE MADE THAT HAPPEN! Each experience was truly quick and painless, and if you have credit that isn't perfect, you know how bad that can be.
I've been to many other places to compare all of the products that we've purchased but we always come back and purchase from ProCaliber. It wasn't because of the store, it was because of those three guys. We've met many of the employees that were good but we especially like those three. So if you need help with sales call on Brandon, parts can only be Nathan and if you want to walk out happy with your new toy, talk with Justin. YOU WON'T BE SORRY!"

I've got to to say that I had received a lot of negative feedback (based on experiences over a year ago) regarding your facility. "I recently visited pro caliber after looking at several other dealerships for a first time bike (Cruiser) as a new street rider I wanted a bike that was small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to keep me happy for a few years of riding. Other dealerships either tried to put on a bike that I was going to have to upgrade in 6months to a year or one that was way to big and was clearly just trying to make money.
My salesman Tyler was fantastic explaining and going over each cruiser and I was able to find the perfect bike for myself a Suzuki Boulevard C50. The next step usually is painful when buying a new vehicle however Pro Caliber was able to meet all my terms first try.
Off to Parts where I was introduced to Brad who was able to get all the riding gear needed. The Selection was incredible and he also did a great job of explaining everything and making sure the gear fitted properly and it was what I wanted. I have returned a few times to the Parts department to order aftermarket accessories and exhaust pipes and Bard has always been helpful and been able to answer all my questions and been able to get my stuff to me fast!!
Financing was quick and easy Josh had me in and out in 20 min and off I was to enjoy my new bike.
Overall all I was extremely happy with pro caliber. With the service I got by Tyler, Brad and Josh I will not only return to buy parts but will return to buy a second bike in a few years. Their service not only will make me a repeat Pro Caliber customer but a Dick Hannah customer when it comes time to buy a new car!

"I am so very close to buying a bike from you. But I am writing about your internet sales support. Exceptional!! I have quotes out to every Suzuki dealer in the Portland/Vancouver area. Steve wrote me later in the same day on a Sunday about a V-Strom 1000 quote. Justin took less than 30 minutes to get me a quote on a V-Strom 650. I responded to his quote with a question and he easily replied within another 30 minutes. If I may name names, Hillsboro took a full day to quote then has taken over 6 days (and counting) to tell me if the motorcycle they have on sale was red. Some dealers just quote MSRP. You can read that on any webpage. Why even have a quote process if you are just going to do that? All selling aside, great internet customer service!!"

PC, Kudos’ to the sales and service department for outstanding customer service. I had called to report a suspected problem with the new Kawasaki 650R I purchased last week for my Wife. I was concerned with an internal coating on the engines oil sight glass and a strange looking opaque consistency to the oil. ""I had to say how much I love my new bike (ZRX1200R). On 8/13/05 I ranover something on hwy 503 that left me with a staple in my tire that resulted in a FLAT. I got to the shop at about 7pm and was met by Joey and I believe Bill the (shop foreman). They asked if I had the service contract,which I do. They then set about helping me with my problem, and doing what was best for me and my bike. I thought customer service was dead. I was wrong! I have never been so happy to be wrong. ""We just picked up our 2005 Suzuki C50T last night. The last time I rode was over 20 years ago. I stopped after (luckily) walking away from laying down a much smaller bike. (Actually, the bike layed down & I kept going for a few yards.) My wife & I had originally stopped by Pro Caliber to look at a Kawaski Vulcan 500. They didn't have any in stock so Eric recommended the C50T since we wanted something to ride to the beach, Central OR, etc. I have to admit, because of the engine size & just the size of it, I was skeptical when I asked if it would be a good "beginner's bike" but he was right on target. The C50T is a very good "re-entry" bike - especially for a guy in his mid-40's. The handling is great, it's very comfortable, and the performance is excellent. (It was a moral imperative that I ride for a couple of hours before sadly putting it in the garage for the night. ;-) If you haven't ridden one, check it out. I've done a lot of research on the internet since we wrote the deal on Saturday and completely agree with what I've read: The C50T is a lot of bike for the money. Eric did a helluva job steering us to the right bike. Thank you!!! }:-)" "
